Todd Wormington, R.Ph, MBA Vice President, Pharmacy Programs

Todd Wormington, R.Ph, MBA
Chief Executive Officer

As a licensed pharmacist with more than 30 years in the industry, Todd has the privilege of leading the Pharmacy First team as Chief Executive Officer.

Todd’s industry experience bridges the gap from early roles in a small independent retail pharmacy chain to building a class-leading, oncology-focused reimbursement hub service company. He has worked in a variety of business development roles with key technology providers in the retail pharmacy space, including pharmacy systems vendors and class-leading robotics companies. His passion has always been in providing the best service to independent retail pharmacies.

Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy and a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Health Services Administration.

Candace Sullivan Vice President, Customer Experience

Candace Sullivan
Vice President, Operations

Candace leads a diverse team of professionals committed to the success of independent pharmacy. Her responsibilities included oversight of Enrollment and Operational support teams for our network of pharmacies.

With more than 18 years in the pharmacy industry, Candace has served a range of clients, including patients, pharmacists and business owners. Candace’s experience, which ranges from assisting pharmacists behind the pharmacy counter to ensuring patients’ insurance needs are met, provides valuable perspective in her efforts to provide top-notch service to our PSAO network members.

Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Studies of Human Growth and Development.

Michael Ace, VP Managed Care Operations Pharmacy First

Vice President, Managed Care Operations

With over 20 years of healthcare experience in both PBM and retail pharmacy, Mike brings in-depth knowledge in understanding the complexities of the pharmacy landscape as it pertains to network relations and being an advocate for pharmacy success.

Mike’s previous roles include AVP of Pharmacy Contracting at Cigna Health, where he oversaw network contracting and strategy for Commercial, Med D, Mail Order, and 90 Day at Retail programs. He also served in key management roles within industry relations at informedRx, successfully building and launching the provider relations and pharmacy contracting department under its newly formed PBM division, which later rebranded as Catamaran.

Craig Niesen
Vice President, Systems & Security

Craig joined the Pharmacy First team in 2008. His primary role is leading the Systems team, and to architect the organization’s network and information systems infrastructure, and to secure the digital and physical assets of Pharmacy First.

With more than 16 years of information systems architect experience, Craig brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization.

Craig holds a Master of Information Systems Management.
